Well it was fun while it lasted.
Fantasy Moguls, the movie based fantasy game that was a constant topic on my show, has gone the way of the dinosaur. It’s a shame because I have to say I really enjoyed not only playing the game but discussing it on my show.
Thanks for the year and a half of fun FM. You jerks!
Twilight opens this weekend, and while it really does not interest me much seeing a slew of people sleep outside in anticipation of the premiere (which happened yesterday) was pretty amazing.
If you’ve never listened to The Radio Dan Show, and it’s okay I understand why, then you might not be familiar with the game fantasy moguls. It’s a pretty silly way to pass the time. Think fantasy football. Now instead of football players, you’re picking movies. Like Twilight. And based how well they do, is how well you do. Fun times, huh? Most people in the league I’m in have picked Twilight (I’m no exception) and while the movie means nothing to me it’s always interesting to see others who are busting with anticipation over a movie. I’m just anticipating the points it’s bring in me.

Does anyone else out there play fantasy moguls? I’ve been doing this for over a year now and it’s still a lot of fun for geeks like me.
Bascially it’s like fantasy football except with movies. If that sounds like the kind of thing you would enjoy i would highly recommend it. You pick movies instead of players and get points based on how well they do.
